Step キーワードをコマンドラインに入力するには、以下のいずれかを行ってください。

• MA + X5 | Step と押す。
• Step を入力。

The Step keyword is a command keyword which is used to define the step of the At command.

Step キーワードでは、以下のオプション・キーワードを使えます。

• To select the next step in the programmer, type:

User name[Fixture]>Next Step

• To select the previous step in the programmer, type:

User name[Fixture]>Previous Step
